About Us
The Mission of Healthy Rivers Australia is to improve the health of Australia’s rivers.
Our goals are to:
1. Build Australia's largest community environmental Water Bank to provide water for community based environmental projects.
2. Deliver positive outcomes for environmental projects that restore habitats and support the survival of threatened fish, birds, frogs and plants that live in our rivers and wetlands.
3. Raise community awareness of the long-term decline in river health as a result of ongoing drought conditions and over allocation.
